As a physiotherapist, my goal is to help people feel better and provide them with the tools they need to maintain and improve their physical health long-term. I assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries through the lens of my extensive educational background, knowledge of the best available evidence and clinical experience.
Using a wide variety of techniques- joint mobilization, joint manipulation, soft-tissue release, therapeutic exercise, pilates and modalities- it is my aim to help reduce pain and stiffness, increase strength and mobility and improve my patients quality of life.
As a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy and a Sport Diploma holder through Sport Physiotherapy Canada, I have done extensive training beyond my physiotherapy degree in orthopaedic and manual therapy as well as sport physiotherapy. These destinations have broadened my scope of practice and allow me to better serve the needs of my patients and help them reach their goals.
